Land Tour – 4 Days, 3 Nights

Arrive to Galapagos in the afternoon, lunch. Visit the Interpretation Center (geological and human history of the islands, conservation issues, natural history). Tijeretas hill, viewpoint (frigate birds). After we do snorkeling at Darwin’s Bay (sea turtles, colorfull fishes and some sea lions). Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast.Travel to Lobos Islet. This is a seasonal nesting location for the blue footed boobie, although the basalt island outcropping is named for the sea lions most of time present there. It is also a good place for snorkeling. Dinner and accommodation

Breakfast. Visit El Junco, this site is reached by road and is about a half hour drive from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (tortoises) If you prefer to walk this is a 2 to 3 hour fairly strenuous hike. Lunch in a local farm. Afternoon visit to a small white sand beach surrounded by dry lava, rocks and mangroves. Puerto Chino can be accessed by foot on a 2-mile trail from Cerro Verde (diving: sea birds, blue footed boobies, brown pelikans). Dinner and accommodation.

Time to shop in the town. Transfer to the airport for the flight back to the continent.

Then, on the internal flight arrival, you will have a transfer to your hotel.
